After a 6 to 12 months specific training program in Newrest Athens Unit, located in airport area, you will manage operation function in one of Newrest’s various subsidiary worldwide (including USA),
Reporting to the General Unit Manager, you will oversee all the operation including dispatch, flight checks, ramp, transport and dishwashing section.
You ensure and guarantee client satisfaction, food safety standards (HACCP) and company’s objectives through the application of the company’s standard operating procedures, the proper staff training, allocation, administrative and cost management.
Organise and supervise all the operation activities
Maintain an on-going, positive and pro-active relationship with all customers
Ensure full compliance with service level agreements
Manage vehicles and provide efficient, on time and at minimum risk solutions
Implement and monitor KPI’s (ie: material loss, hours worked, occupational health and safety)
Guarantee in collaboration with QHSE manager, the maintenance and upkeep plan for the site (cleaning, maintenance of operation and storage equipment, safety of installations, pest control, training in good practices, etc.)
